and then went shopping. What a fun day for the girls!

The Perfect Christmas Tree!

We have a group of friends that get together every year and seach for the perfect Christamas Tree in the National Forest. Bianca found the perfect tree just for her to decorate. After the hunt the kids had fun playing in the snow and climbing on the huge rocks in the woods.

After tree hunting, we had a picnic in the woods.

We had our annual Highland Lakes Christmas Party. Bianca was in the talent show and played (Jingle Bells) - this was her first time in front of a big audience. Good job! She and her American girl doll dressed alike in their Red and White dresses. Santa Claus was there too!

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

I decided to print a Christmas card this year of Bianca and Allie. Well that became this big ordeal because we don't have any snow! I wanted a picture with them in the snow. So, with mom and dad here we went in search for some. We took a 1 1/2 hour drive to Breckenridge and guess what.......NO SNOW! It was crazy! There were a few patches in the shade we finally found but then getting Allie to cooperate was another story! It was about 35 degrees outside, Bianca was freezing and no matter what....Allie refused to look at the camera! Are we having fun yet???!
